LISN LED
We often see SMD2727 and SMD3535 in the technical parameters of LED displays or on the back of LED modules. What do they mean? They actually represent the lamp beads of LED displays. LED SMD2727 and SMD3535 are two surface mount (SMD) LEDs with different package sizes. They differ in physical size, power, brightness and application scenarios.
SMD2727:
1)means the size of the lamps, length and height same 27mm.
2)it's rated power: 0.2W ~ 0.5W and driving current: 60mA ~ 150mA round.
3)The small size results in limited heat dissipation area, which requires PCB heat dissipation design.
Long-term high-power operation may affect the lifespan.
4) that means when compare with SMD3535, the brightness are lower. normally for a P6 outdoor led display, the brightness is like 5000nit around
SMD3535:
1)means the size of the lamps, length and height are 35mmx35mm.
2)it's rated power: 0.5W ~ 2W and driving current: 150mA ~ 700mA round.
3)Larger size and heat dissipation structure (such as metal substrate) support better thermal management.
More suitable for long-term high-power operation and better stability. normally for a P6 outdoor led display, the brightness is like 6500nit around.
4) that means when compare with SMD2727, the brightness are higher.
so moustly for outdoor led display like P6, P8 and P10, LISN LED use SMD3535 more often to make sure led display with high brightness and long working life.
